The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government announced “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases”

The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases” (“Implementation Opinions”) in November 2021 to support innovation and entrepreneurship by Hong Kong young people in Shenzhen. The Implementation Opinions promulgate a number of concessionary and facilitative measures for Hong Kong young people to start their businesses in Shenzhen, including, a subsidy of 200,000 RMB offered to each Hong Kong youth start-up which is funded under the Funding Scheme for Youth Entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of the Youth Development Fund and which settles in an entrepreneurial base at municipal level recognised by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
